Eidos Montréal is currently working on two franchise revival ""AAA" titles, one of which is Deus Ex 3. Eidos Montréal has remained fairly quiet as to what their other title may be but recently rumours have been flying around the internet after Eidos began looking for people for their second "AAA" franchise revival. On Eidos' website:
Eidos-Montréal is proud to announce the recruitment for our 2nd "AAA" project... A hint! The title begins with the letter " T "
This is great news if the rumours are true as the Thief series brought something new to the FPS genre by combining excellent stealth based gameplay on top of a more tradition shooter.

MikeChan — Mon, 04/07/2008 - 21:29Well that's possibly a happy sight to see! Deus Ex 3? I really loved Deus Ex and the sequel was good, but I felt like something was missing from it. I guess we'll see.
I can definitely cheer for a Thief return though.
