Gears of War 2 release date announced

Two years of rumours and speculation are being laid to rest today at the GDC, where Microsoft has confirmed Gears of War 2 for a November 08 release. It would appear that Gears 2 will be an Xbox 360 exclusive title but knowing Microsoft, you can expect to see a PC port in one to two years from release.
