It would seem the once exclusive Xbox 360 title Mass Effect is now being ported over to PCs by developer BioWare. An announcement today by Bioware and Electronic Arts confirmed long-standing rumours of Mass Effect being ported over to the Windows platform.
Bioware has apparently tweaked the game to fully take advantage of PC hardware while also adding some new features and revamping the inventory screen which many found to be unintuitive. Expect to see Mass Effect for PCs in May 2008.
